PROJECTS
Several projects were executed in the last 10 years. These are some examples.
Suriname 2005-2009 (Min. of Defense)
I was asked by the Ministry of Defence (NLD) to support his collegue in Suriname to make a plan for the military health care system.
Lateron I advised about medical equipment that could be donated to Suriname. We exchanged knowledge about tropical medicine.
Cameroon 2008-2009 (Min. of Foreign Affairs).
Asked by the Dutch Ambassador I visited a hospital in Douale. Some militairy medical specialists from The Netherlands had worked here during an exercise. The Dutch governement liked to donate some medical equipment. I adviced and tried to organise a working relationship with a Dutch Hospital.
Medical support to pelgrimages of the
Dutch War Grave Foundation 2008-2014
Visits to Dutch war Graves in Indonesia, Thailand and Myanmar (Death Railway).
Indonesia 2009 (Embassy of Indonesia)
The Netherlands governement donated medical equipment. I was invited by the Indonesian governement to explain and demonstrate this equipment.
Libanon 2010.
The Netherlands veterans of UNIFIL liked to support a local hospital in Libanon. I advised the ministery of Defense and Foreign Affairs about the hospital and equipment.
Albania, Macedonia, Kroatia 2005-2009
I payed several visits to these countries, to support the military medical service to reach the NATO standards
Psychosocial care missions for MSF.
I went to Somalia, DRC, Ethiopia, Pakistan, Oezbekistan, Zimbabwe, CAR, Soedan (Dafur), South Sudan, Afghanistan, etc.
Antares
Individual and group training before, during and after a mission for staff of Red Cross, Warchild, Cordaid, Ecco, ZOA, etc.
